Weatherization Programs for Individual Homes

The Recovery and Reinvestment Act makes an unprecedented investment in weatherization to create new green jobs, improve energy efficiency and to lower energy costs for individuals and families.

The State of Michigan is receiving $250 million to accelerate energy efficiency measures in the homes of qualifying homeowners free of charge and o assist eligible families reduce their energy bills by making their homes more energy efficient.
