Washington- Congressman Joe Pitts (PA-16) encouraged interested residents to take part in four tours led by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) of the proposed Sparrows Point Pipeline project on August 12, 13, and 14.  The FERC release notes the purpose of the site visit is to evaluate the pipeline route and variations.  The details of the tours, as announced by FERC are as follows:
