Many times, the most important part of the battle is just figuring out which official to contact. My office can help you with this information. Here's how to request assistance. First, you must be a resident of the 28th Congressional District. Congressional courtesy demands that each Member of Congress address the federal problems of his or her own constituents. So, if you live outside the 28th Congressional District, you should contact your Representative. The Privacy Act mandates that we have your written consent before a caseworker can obtain facts about you from any federal agency. The best way to initiate action is to write to me, giving me a brief explanation of your problem and ask for my assistance.
