Washington, D.C. - U.S. Congressman Kevin Brady (R-The Woodlands) issued the following statement in response to Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez's address to the United Nation's during which he repeatedly insulted the President of the United States of America:
"There is the distinct odor of horse manure hovering over the United Nations building today now that Hugo Chavez has wasted even more of the world's time with his ranting."
