Washington, D.C. - U.S. Congressman Kevin Brady (R-The Woodlands) recently added Brandon Reese to his Congressional staff as the new Field Representative for Walker, San Jacinto, Polk, Tyler, Liberty and Trinity counties.
The Field Representatives in Congressman Brady’s office serve as liaisons to constituents and community leaders, giving them a greater voice by being available to them near where they work and live. Reese also oversees the Service Academy process for Congressman Brady.
Reese will graduate from Sam Houston State University in May 2008 with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Philosophy. He is a participant in the Elliot T. Bowers Honors Program at SHSU and is an alumnus of the Political Science Junior Fellows. Reese began working as an intern for Congressman Brady in Washington, D.C. in the fall of 2006 as part of his college curriculum.
“Field Representatives and our district offices help me better serve citizens. Helping seniors with their Social Security, lending a helping hand to small businesses when they get the run around from the federal government, or helping communities with their transportation or housing issues, we are here to better serve you,” said Brady.
Reese will be based in the Huntsville District Office located at 1202 Sam Houston Avenue, Suite 8 and can be reached via email at Brandon.Reese@mail.house.gov or via phone 936-439-9532.
