Brady to Read to Local Children
Thursday, July 9 in Magnolia

Washington, D.C. -- U.S. Representative Kevin Brady announces he will be reading to the children participating in the Furry Tails, Funny Tales summer program at the Magnolia branch of the Montgomery County Library.

Brady will read a copy of House Mouse, Senate Mouse, a story about the Squeaker of the House and the Senate Mouse-jority Leader's effort to pass legislation declaring a national cheese. The book uses words and illustrations to teach children about the U.S. Capitol building and the legislative process.

"You are never too young to begin learning about the U.S. Government and the legislative process," said Brady.
