02/06/12 - In this week’s Monday Morning Memo, Congressman Kevin Brady, the top Republican on the Joint Economic Committee, weighs in on the latest unemployment numbers and why he, as the only Texas on the ‘payroll tax’ conference committee, is fighting for unemployment reforms.
