On August 1, 2001, the Committee on Standards of Official Conduct voted to dismiss in full the complaint filed against Representative Steve Buyer by Representative Peter Deutsch and authorized the Chairman and Ranking Minority Member of the Committee to issue the attached letter to Representative Buyer.
