Congressman Frank will upon request, provide a constituent of the 4th district of Massachusetts with a flag flown over the United States Capitol. The only costs are the purchase price of the flag, a service charge assessed by the Architect of the Capitol on all flown flags, and postage. A certificate of authenticity will be included with the flag. In addition, a specific date for the flag to be flown can be requested, although we advise that it be done at least 3 months in advance.

Please note that due to the recent overwhelming demand, it will take approximately 3 months to complete your order.

The flag prices are:

*Please note, there is a $4.05 fee to have the flag flown over the Capitol, and a $4.90 mailing fee.

3 x 5 Nylon- $9.00 + $4.05 = $13.05 + $4.90 in Franking = $17.95

3 x 5 Cotton- $9.25 + $4.05 = $13.30 + $4.90 in Franking = $18.20

4 x 6 Nylon- $13.50 + $4.05 = $17.55 + $4.90 in Franking = $22.45

5 x 8 Nylon- $18.00 + $4.05 = $22.05 + $4.90 in Franking = $26.95

5 x 8 Cotton- $20.00 + $4.05 = $24.05 + $5.45 in Franking = $29.50
