Congresswoman Solis Speaks at Dedication of Garvey School Flag Pole to Cpl. Carlos Arellano

Congresswoman Solis joined the Garvey School District and local officials including County Supervisor Molina, State Senator Romero, and Assemblywoman Chu in dedicating the Garvey Intermediate School flag pole to Cpl. Carlos Arellano.  Cpl. Arellano was killed while serving in Iraq and was a former Garvey student.
