U.S. Rep. Dale E. Kildee, D-Flint, stretched his 100 percent voting record for another year, registering the best voting record in the Michigan delegation.
Kildee participated in all 675 votes in 2003, one of only nine congressman to do so. He has missed only one vote in 18 years and 21 votes out of 15,311 since he took office in 1977.
"In order to fully represent the people of my district, it is imperative that I take my responsibilities as an elected representative very seriously and participate in every vote," Kildee said.
