Hurricane Katrina Relief:
How Third District Citizens Can Help
Rogers says East Alabamians already helping those in need

Washington, DC  -  Congressman Mike Rogers said today the citizens of Alabama’s Third District are already reaching out to help those devastated by Hurricane Katrina, and opening their hearts and homes to assist with recovery efforts.

“This is one of the worst natural disasters to ever have hit our shores, and every show of support – no matter how small – will go a long way towards helping these folks recover from this tragedy,” Rogers said.

Third District citizens interested in volunteering or making a donation in support of recovery efforts should call or visit the website of one of the organizations listed below.
