Ross Welcomes Hope Native,
John Wright To Congressional Staff
 
(Washington, D.C.) U.S. Representative Mike Ross (AR-04) announced Monday that Hope native John Wright will serve as his new District Field Representative, and will be based in Ross’ Prescott Congressional office. 

 

“As the U.S. Representative of Arkansas’s Fourth Congressional District, I have been fortunate to hire talented district residents as members of my Congressional team,” Ross said. “I am proud to welcome John to my staff, and his knowledge and numerous talents make him a great asset to the people who call Arkansas’s Fourth Congressional District home, and that I have the honor of representing in our nation’s capitol.”

 

As Ross’ District Field Representative, some of Wright’s new responsibilities will be to serve as the staff person in Ross’ Prescott Congressional office where he will work with constituents within the district and help to manage constituent mail. In addition, Wright will attend events and community office hours around the Fourth Congressional District with Ross.

 

Wright graduated from Hope High School in 2001 and attended the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science in 2005.  Wright recently served as a Loan Officer for ENG Lending in Fayetteville, a job he left to become Ross’ District Field Representative. Wright also worked as an International Air Freight Operations Manager for Airways Freight Corporation in Fayetteville.

 

Wright is the son of District 8-North Circuit Court Judge Randy and Nancy Wright of Hope.
