June 22, 2004—“This is an indication that terrorists recognize that we are making tremendous progress in the war against terror. They are becoming more and more desperate in their attempts to weaken our resolve. The civilized world has a choice to make; they can choose to surrender to these monsters would behead half of humanity if they could, or they can stay freedom’s course and eventually destroy these hellish barbarians.
My prayers and heartfelt condolences are with the Kim family and the nation of South Korea.”
