August 6, 2008 – U.S. Congressman Trent Franks (AZ-02) mourned the sudden passing yesterday of Bullhead City Councilman JB Wise, a close and precious friend of the Congressman.

"JB Wise was not only an exemplary public servant, he was a Valley Forge American, and a very beloved friend.  Words fail to express the level of sympathy I feel for his precious wife Teri and their entire family.  I pray God's comfort for each one of them and hope they find peace in the knowledge that JB Wise has made the world better, loved them each dearly, and has now found his reward in the loving presence of God."
