Champaign, IL…U.S. Rep. Tim Johnson’s Mobile Office Hours Program will visit Moultrie and Douglas Counties in February. Caseworker Brian Kelly will be available to constituents on a walk-in basis. Residents in the communities who have problems with governmental agencies like the IRS, FEMA or others are encouraged to visit Brian at one of the following locations:
