Congressman to remind people to vote in Primary Election
 

(Kansas City, MO)—Congressman Emanuel Cleaver, II will vote tomorrow morning at 10 a.m. at his polling place at the Cave Springs Interpretive Center at 8701 East Gregory Boulevard, Kansas City, Missouri.
 
“Every time we vote we participate in democracy. This is our opportunity as a community to think about our nation and neighborhoods and cast a vote that reflects our desires for the future. Voting is a precious right. A right our forefathers fought and died for. We should never take it for granted,” said Congressman Cleaver.
 
“In a time when more people are voting for the American Idol than the American President, all of us in public office need to take every opportunity to remind people to take the time to make their voices heard and cast their ballot.”
