WASHINGTON   –  Every five years, the U.S. House of Representatives takes up legislation authorizing future expenditure of federal funds for highway transportation infrastructure.  In accordance with the rules of the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee, Rep. Emerson announces the list of priority projects she has requested in the bill to improve transportation infrastructure in Southern Missouri.  The projects Rep.
