WASHINGTON  -  U.S. Representative Jo Ann Emerson (MO-08) will visit Notre Dame High School to meet with freshmen civics students on Monday, March 20th at 2:00 p.m. CST.

 

“I always look forward to hearing the questions and opinions of young students who are just beginning to learn about our system of government in great detail.  As they get closer to voting age, it is important that their understanding of that civic duty be complete.  These young men and women are going to be the caretakers of our democracy in the future, and I am glad to have the opportunity to take part in their education,” Emerson said.
