MYRICK DOES NOT SUPPORT PROPOSED INCREASE
FOR NEA’S BUDGET
 

(Washington, D.C.) – U.S. Rep. Sue Myrick (NC-9) today announced that she does not support the Administration’s proposed increase of $15 to $20 million for the National Endowment for the Arts.  An article by Robert Pear in today’s New York Times implied that Myrick may support the increase in funding for the NEA.  She does not support the increase in funding.
