“Once again this San Francisco court has proven it is out of touch with the American people and has blatantly attempted to legislate from the bench.  One of the brightest legal minds in the world, Judge John Roberts, even said himself that the role of a judge is to 'call balls and strikes,' but clearly this liberal, outlandish court wants to change the rules mid-game.  The framers of the constitution were clear when they created three separate divisions of government with different roles: execute, legislate and interpret.  This court should stop imposing its liberal agenda on the American people.”
