New Jersey Institute of Technology - User Authenticating Personalized Weapon Project
 
Amount Requested: $2,000,000
This project would develop a unique technology, "dynamic grip recognition" (DGR), for safeguarding handguns from unauthorized use and this biometric identification technology identifies the shooter at the moment of trigger pull so that only an authorized shooter can operate the weapon.
